Her career path has been diverse—ranging from wedding planning and esthetics to retail, as well as experience in local theaters and hotels. This variety has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the area’s vibrant hospitality scene.

She has been married to her husband, Zach, for 10 years, and together they have three wonderful boys: Xander, Jack, and Theo. Traveling is one of Melissa’s greatest passions, especially because it brings her family closer together.
