Kacey Harris is a registered nurse turned stay at home homeschooling mom of three who now uses her love for organization, detailed planning, and caring deeply for people to help others travel the world with confidence. Based in Hoover, Alabama, Kacey and her husband share a deep passion for travel and believe some of life’s most meaningful lessons are learned through exploring new places together. She has been homeschooling her children for nine years, which has given her firsthand experience in thoughtfully planning meaningful, well balanced experiences that work for real families.

Travel has been a key part of her children’s childhood and a meaningful part of life for their family. Together, she and her husband set a goal to take their children to every continent before their oldest child graduates high school. For their family, travel is about more than seeing new places. It is about teaching curiosity, adaptability, compassion, and a deeper understanding of the world. So far, they have visited four continents, and each trip has reinforced the value of experiencing different cultures and ways of life together.

One of the trips that most shaped Kacey’s perspective on travel was cruising from Hawaii to Australia with her family. Experiencing the vast beauty of the world firsthand made the planet feel both incredibly big and wonderfully connected. Travel has given her family a greater appreciation for how others live and has expanded their hearts and worldview.

Kacey specializes in planning family vacations and finds great joy in helping parents create trips that allow for meaningful connection, adventure, and rest. She also enjoys planning couples getaways and group travel. Disney Cruise Line is especially close to her heart, as she believes it offers an ideal balance of relaxation and adventure while making family travel feel easy and enjoyable.

With certifications from the College of Disney Knowledge, CLIA, and National Geographic Expeditions, Kacey brings both expertise and care to every trip she plans. Her planning style is highly personalized and detail oriented. She begins by learning each client’s travel preferences, presents thoughtfully curated options, and then manages important dates and logistics to ensure every detail is handled. Clients can expect clear communication, timely reminders, and support throughout the planning process.

Providing high quality service is central to Kacey’s approach. She believes that with thoughtful planning, family travel can be smooth, enriching, and deeply meaningful. Being able to play a small role in helping families create lifelong memories is what she loves most about being a travel advisor.

When she is not planning trips, Kacey enjoys traveling with her husband and three children and dreaming about their next adventures. Their next continent to explore is Asia, beginning with Japan in 2026, followed by Africa and Antarctica as they continue working toward completing their family travel goal.
